புதிய தொழில் முனைவோருக்கு 25% மானியத்துடன் ரூ. 500 லட்சம் வரை கடன் உதவி

தொழில் வணிகத்துறையின் சார்பில் புதிய தொழில் முனைவோருக்கு  25 சதவீத மானியத்துடன் கடன் வழங்கப்படுகிறது என்று மாவட்ட ஆட்சித்தலைவர் திரு.ஹெச்.கிருஷ்ணனுண்ணி தெரிவித்துள்ளார். 

இதுகுறித்து ஈரோடு மாவட்ட ஆட்சித்தலைவர் திரு.ஹெச்.கிருஷ்ணனுண்ணி தெரிவித்துள்ளதாவது,

தமிழக அரசு குறு மற்றும் சிறு தொழில் நிறுவனங்கள் மேம்படவும், புதிய தொழில் நிறுவனங்கள் முதல் தலைமுறை தொழில் முனைவோர் மூலம் ஏற்படவும் புதிய தொழில் முனைவோர் மற்றும் தொழில் நிறுவன மேம்பாட்டு திட்டத்தை (NEEDS)) செயல்படுத்தி வருகிறது. 

இத்திட்டத்தின் கீழ் பயன்பெற ஐ.டி.ஐ, பட்டயபடிப்பு (டிப்ளமோ), இளங்கலைபட்டம் அல்லது இதற்கு மேற்பட்ட கல்வி தகுதி பெற்றிருக்கலாம். வயது 21க்கு மேல் 35-க்குள் இருக்கவேண்டும். சிறப்பு பிரிவினர்களான மகளிர், பட்டியலினத்தோர், பிற்படுத்தப்பட்ட வகுப்பினர், மிகவும் பிற்படுத்தப்பட்ட வகுப்பினர், முன்னாள் ராணுவத்தினர், சிறுபான்மையினர் மற்றும் மாற்றுத்திறனாளிகள் ஆகியோருக்கு அதிகபட்ச வயது 45 ஆகும்;. பயனாளி கடந்த மூன்று ஆண்டுகளுக்கு மேலாக தமிழ்நாட்டில் வசிப்பவராக இருத்தல் வேண்டும். பயனாளியின் குடும்ப ஆண்டு வருமான உச்சவரம்பு ஏதுமில்லை. 

இத்திட்டத்தின் கீழ் திட்ட மதிப்பீடு குறைந்த பட்சம் ரூ.10 லட்சத்திற்கு மேல் அதிகபட்சமாக ரூ.500 லட்சம் வரையிலான அனைத்து உற்பத்தி சார்ந்த தொழில்கள் (மாசு ஏற்படுத்தும் தொழில்கள் நீங்கலாக) மற்றும் சேவை தொழில் துவங்கலாம். இத்திட்டத்தின் கீழ் தொழில் துவங்கும் தொழில் முனைவோருக்கு, திட்டமதிப்பீட்டில் 25 சதவீதம் அதிக பட்சமாக ரூ.50 லட்சம் வரை முதலீட்டு மானியமும், தவணை தவறாமல் கடனை திருப்பி செலுத்தும் தொழில் முனைவோர்களுக்கு கூடுதல் சலுகையாக 3 சதவீதம் வட்டி  மானியமும் அளிக்கப்படும்.

பொது பயனாளி தனது பங்காக திட்டமதிப்பீட்டில் 10 சதவீதம் செலுத்த வேண்டும். சிறப்பு பிரிவு பயனாளிகள் திட்டமதிப்பீட்டில் 5 சதவீதம் செலுத்த வேண்டும். வணிக வங்கிகள் அல்லது தமிழ்நாடு தொழில் முதலீட்டு கழகம்; மூலம் கடனுதவி பெற பரிந்துரை செய்யப்படும். கடன் திட்ட பயனாளிகளுக்கு தொழில் முனைவோர் பயிற்சியில் இருந்து தமிழக அரசால் விலக்கு அளிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. 

மேலும் கொரனா (கோவிட் 19) நோய்த்தொற்றுயினை தடுக்கும் பொருட்களான N95 மற்றும் பிற முகக்கவசங்கள், மருத்துவர்களுக்கான PPE கிட், சானிடைசர் மற்றும் கிருமிநாசினி, முகத்தின் மூலம் வெப்பநிலையினை நிர்ணயம் செய்யும் கருவி, சோப்பு போன்ற பொருட்களை தயாரிக்கும்  நிறுவனங்கள் மற்றும் நமது மாவட்டத்தில் தொழில் வாய்ப்புள்ள மதிப்புக் கூட்டப்பட்ட ஜவுளிப் பொருட்கள், நவீன மயமாக்கப்பட்ட ஆட்டோ லூம்கள், மதிப்புக் கூட்டப்பட்ட உணவுப் பொருட்கள், கயிறு தயாரித்தல் மற்றும் இன்ஜினியரிங் வேலைப்பாடுகள் போன்ற பொருட்களை தயாரிக்கும்  நிறுவனத்திற்கு முன்னுரிமை அளிக்கப்படும்.

Cuddalore  PRO Notification 

LOAN ASSISTANCE UNDER NEW ENTREPRENEUR – CUM – ENTERPRISE DEVELOPMENT SCHEME ( NEEDS )

            The Tamilnadu Government is implementing a flagship scheme called “New  Entrepreneur – Cum – Enterprise Development Scheme ( NEEDS )“ to assist educated youth to become first generation entrepreneurs.  Under this scheme, educated youth will be given entrepreneur training for one month and assisted to prepare the Business plan and also helped to tie-up with financial institutions to set up new business ventures, besides linking them with major Industrial clients.  Under this scheme, the manufacturing and service oriented viable projects above Rs.10.00 lakhs and upto Rs.500.00 lakhs are eligible with the Capital subsidy of 25% of the Project Cost not exceeding Rs.50.00 lakhs  and also eligible for 3% interest subvention.   

            To apply under this scheme, the educated youth must possess any Degree, Diploma, ITI / Vocational Training from recognized Institutions and the age limit is Minimum 21 years for all category and  Maximum 35 years for General Category, and  45 years for  Special category  (i.e)  Women, SC/ST, BC, MBC, Minorities, Transgender and Differently Abled person.  At the time of filling the application, the entrepreneur should be a resident of Tamil Nadu State for not less than 3 Years.  There is no income ceiling for getting  Financial Assistance under this scheme.  Individual or Partnership concern will be considered for assistance under this scheme.  Promoter’s contribution will be 5% to 10% of the Project Cost.

             The aspiring eligible unemployed youth may apply in the following website duly uploading the relevant documents www.msmeonline.tn.gov.in/needs. 

Eligible applications  will be forwarded to the Banks without TFC  due to COVID 19.   The District Industries Centre, shall guide the entrepreneurs for availing loan and release the 25% subsidy on Land & Building (Up to 25% on Project cost) and Plant and Machineries. Moreover, the statutory clearances for the establishment of enterprises will be obtained through the Single Window Committee.

            Further the Tamilnadu Government has also approved a scheme for Non –Resident Tamils namely “New  Entrepreneur – Cum – Enterprise Development Scheme – Special Initiative for Migrants ( NEEDS-SIM  )“ 

Under this scheme,  age relaxation has been given as below:

For General Catergory -21 years to 45 Years

For Special Category    -21 years to 55 Years

The Entrepreneur should have been normally a resident of Tamilnadu for not less than 3 years (prior to his stint abroad). Further the Non-Resident Tamil (NRT) - migrant must have worked abroad with valid work permit and Visa for a minimum period of 2 years in all, with due entries for the same in the passport.
